Spring
- IBirch sap
- IImorels in cream
- IIIsorrel soup
- IVpancakes with syrup
Almost everything on the table is made in the village or bought from neighbours: milk, eggs, cheese, honey, mushrooms, apples and vegetables from the garden. One menu of the day instead of a long list, so the food is fresh and nothing is wasted.
How we cook
Most of the food comes from the village and the area around.
Morels in spring, kholodnik in summer, mushrooms in autumn, machanka in winter.
The guest chooses the day before, and the kitchen cooks exactly as much as needed.
We ask in advance, and there is always porridge, pancakes and compote for children.
Breakfast
Syrniki with birch syrup, fried eggs with kumpyak (Belarusian dry-cured ham), buckwheat with honey, pancakes. The table always has bread from the stove, klinkovy cheese (bag-pressed farmhouse cheese) and honey in the comb.
