Gin

Gin from the juniper of our forest compartments. Strong spirits can only be produced by a licensed enterprise, so we make it together with such a partner.

What it is

Why it works

  1. 01

    Taste

The needles and citrus of juniper, the vanilla of bison grass, the freshness of pine shoots, a light bitterness of linden.

  2. 02

    Why people will buy it

Gin is growing faster in sales than any other spirit. A Polish gin made with forest herbs (about 57 zloty) has already proven the demand. Our label will name the compartment where the botanicals were gathered.

How we make it

How we make it

Gin itself is a distillation of spirit with juniper and herbs, and by then the recipe will exist: the same one as in the tincture kits. The hard part is the licence, so we make it together with a licensed partner.

Difficulty
The hardest parts are the licence and the contract with the partner
  1. Raw materials

10 kg of dry juniper from our compartments, bison grass, pine shoots, linden blossom.

  2. Recipe

Three recipes, chosen in blind tastings of the kits.

  3. Trademark

We file the application with the NCIP before talks with the partner.

  4. Partner

We arrive with recipes, 100 survey responses and raw materials. Two options: a contract for a batch, or a joint 50/50 brand.

How we serve it

How we serve it

The gin sells its origin: the gathering compartment on the label and the story of yalavtsouka. Guests taste it at a tasting and buy it at the farm stay or in the partner's shops, and bars buy in bulk.

Gin: How we serve it
  1. 01

    Gin and tonic

With a pine sprig and juniper berries in the glass.

  2. 02

    With birch syrup

A spoon of syrup instead of sugar syrup.

  3. 03

    Tasting

Three gins and a story for guests: 30–40 BYN per person.
